When you call any tech support number, you are going to deal with their lowest level support person first. This “Tier 1” tech person takes longer to understand the issue, often doesn’t comprehend the true problem and will often do more harm than good.
To combat this frustration we decided the forgo the standard MSP formula for cheap techs and high margins in favor of going exclusively with Tier 3 technicians.
